Workshop
Kombucha and Grass Jelly Making Workshop with the Radio Maria Women's Group
24 May 2026

The Radio Maria Women's Group visited Socfindo Conservation to learn about various herbal plants and their benefits. During the visit, they toured the herbal garden, participated in a kombucha and grass jelly making workshop, and visited Sehatea Café to enjoy lunch and sample a variety of herbal teas made from medicinal plants (TOGA). They also had the opportunity to observe the herbal product processing activities through visits to the Tea Factory and the Kombucha House. Throughout the program, the guests showed great enthusiasm and actively sought information about the practical uses of herbal plants in daily life.
Through this activity, it is hoped that the knowledge and experiences gained will broaden their understanding and inspire the adoption of a healthier lifestyle based on the utilization of herbal plants.
