Women involved in empowerment programs
The medicinal garden project is managed by a female-led Toga team. What started as a small idea grew into an initiative involving many Socfindo employees, their families, and even the communities surrounding the plantations.
Beyond skills training, empowerment also focuses on providing market access for local products, so that communities can benefit economically from the knowledge and herbal products they create.
