Tempeh Production Training in Pasar Baru and Sei Buluh Villages at Matapao Estate
The Socfindo Ladies Association (KISS) of Matapao Estate organized a tempeh production workshop together with PKK women from Pasar Baru Village and Sei Buluh Village. Socfindo Conservation also provided assistance in the form of materials and equipment for making healthy noodles, such as a sealing machine, soybeans, and yeast, to support the villages in producing their own products. On this occasion, PT Socfindo together with KISS members also visited SDN 107967 Pelintahan, Dusun V, Matapao Village, to conduct a socialization program on “3S Foods (Healthy, Tasty, and Simple)”, watch educational videos, distribute healthy food and beverages, and inaugurate a creative stage pavilion building along with 10 sets of desks and chairs provided by PT Socfindo as part of its CSR program. In addition, educational activities were carried out for PAUD children, including learning proper handwashing and correct toothbrushing practices as part of efforts to promote clean and healthy living habits from an early age.

Visit of the USU Faculty of Agriculture Class of 1989 Gathering Group to Socfindo Conservation
A total of 15 participants from the Arisan Kasih, Faculty of Agriculture, USU Class of 1989, visited Socfindo Conservation. The activities included touring the garden, learning about medicinal (TOGA) and herbal plants, tasting honey, peppermint, and stevia, and enjoying refreshments at the café. All participants appeared enthusiastic and enjoyed the series of activities, which provided new experiences and insights.

Socfindo Conservation Participated in The 3rd ISGANO 2026
Socfindo Conservation participated in the 3rd ISGANO 2026 (International Symposium on Ganoderma), held in Medan, North Sumatra, from 10–12 February 2026 at Adimulia Hotel. Socfindo Conservation showcased its commitment to herbal plant conservation, highlighting a range of innovative derivative products. The exhibition also featured various community-based products developed through women’s empowerment programs in villages surrounding Socfindo Conservation—demonstrating how sustainability initiatives can create meaningful economic opportunities while preserving local biodiversity.

Educational Visit of PAUD Tunas Bangsa to Socfindo Conservation
A total of 38 students and 2 teachers from PAUD Tunas Bangsa, Kebun Tanah Besi, conducted an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation. The activity included a tour around the TOGA garden, where the children were introduced to various medicinal and herbal plants and their benefits. The visit took place in a cheerful and interactive atmosphere, with the children showing great enthusiasm throughout the activity.

Educational Visit of SMA Al Hidayah Medan to Socfindo Conservation
A total of 103 students and 12 teachers from SMA Al Hidayah Medan conducted an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation. The activities included a garden tour to learn about various herbal plants and a technical session on making ice cream. The entire program was carried out in a cheerful and interactive atmosphere, with students showing great enthusiasm while exploring the TOGA garden and participating in the ice cream-making activity. It is hoped that the experience and knowledge gained will be beneficial in their daily lives.

Educational Visit of Avicenna Childhood Homeschooling Medan to Socfindo Conservation
A total of 36 students and 8 teachers from Avicenna Childhood Homeschooling Medan conducted an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation. The activities included a visit to the oil palm plantation to observe the harvesting process, learning to plant legumes, and getting to know heavy equipment such as excavators, followed by a tour of the TOGA garden and technical sessions on making ice cream and grass jelly. The entire program was carried out in a cheerful and interactive atmosphere, with students showing great enthusiasm throughout all activities. It is hoped that the experience and knowledge gained will be beneficial in their daily lives.

Interactive Environmental and Herbal Education Visit for Students of SMA IT Al-Fityan School Medan
A total of 66 Grade X students and 3 teachers from SMA IT Al-Fityan School Medan participated in an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation, featuring a series of interactive and inspiring learning activities. The program began with environmental education, followed by a garden tour to explore various herbal plants, and concluded with hands-on practice in preparing Kece Latte made from natural ingredients.

Interactive Herbal Education Program for SMP IT Permata Hati Bangsa Students
A total of 68 students and 5 teachers from SMP IT Permata Hati Bangsa Tebing Tinggi conducted an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation, participating in a tour of the TOGA garden as well as training sessions on making kombucha, natural vinegar, and ice cream. Through interactive and enjoyable hands-on learning, the students gained direct experience in processing herbal ingredients into value-added products. All participants joined the activities enthusiastically, enhancing their knowledge and skills for everyday life.

Socfinco Representatives Visit Socfindo Conservation to Explore Herbal Innovation and Community Enterprises
Socfindo Conservation welcomed representatives from Socfinco, namely Baptiste Bonneau, Xaviere, together with Cedric Enthoven. The visit included tours of the Kombucha House, Noodle House, and Tea House, as well as the opportunity to enjoy food and beverages made from fresh TOGA ingredients at Cafe Sehatea. The activities continued with a tour of the conservation garden area, where the guests showed strong enthusiasm and expressed positive appreciation for the products and management of Socfindo Conservation.

Educational Tour of PAUD Matapao Estate to Socfindo Conservation
A total of 53 children and 4 teachers from PAUD Tunas Bangsa Matapao Estate conducted an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation, taking part in a tour around the conservation garden to learn about various TOGA and herbal plants. During the activity, the children showed great enthusiasm and joy as they joined the tour, tasted honey, peppermint leaves, and stevia, and learned directly about a wide variety of other herbal plants.
