Outdoor Learning for Raudhatul Mahabbah Students at Socfindo Conservation
A total of 163 early childhood and kindergarten students from Raudhatul Mahabbah Dolok Masihol visited Socfindo Conservation together with their parents and accompanying teachers. The children appeared very enthusiastic as they toured the Toga Herbal Garden, learned about various herbal plants, and enjoyed an outdoor learning experience, while the parents also seemed delighted to participate in each activity and accompany their children throughout the tour. We hope this visit provides valuable experiences and useful knowledge that the children can apply in their daily lives.

Singapore Consulate Visits Socfindo Conservation
Representatives from the Singapore Consulate in Medan visited Socfindo Conservation and enjoyed lunch at Café Sehatea while trying a variety of beverages. Afterward, the guests joined a tour of the TOGA Herbal Garden and showed great enthusiasm when tasting peppermint and stevia leaves. During the visit, the consulate expressed plans to bring a school group from Singapore to participate in an outing activity at Socfindo Conservation in March 2026. We hope this visit marks the beginning of a positive relationship and collaboration between Socfindo Conservation and the Singapore Consulate.

Educational Visit of Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara (UHSU) Pharmacy Students to Socfindo Conservation
Socfindo Conservation welcomed 105 students from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Universitas Haji Sumatera Utara for an introduction to TOGA plants and a field visit to the herbal garden. The students were highly enthusiastic, actively asked questions, and participated in a quiz prepared by their lecturers, complete with prizes for the winners. This visit is planned to become a regular agenda for the university to broaden students’ knowledge of herbal plants at Socfindo Conservation.

Methodist School Pangkalan Brandan Participates in Eco-Enzyme and Spaghetti Making Training at Socfindo Conservation
Methodist School Pangkalan Brandan, consisting of 35 students and 8 accompanying teachers, visited Socfindo Conservation. The students participated in a TOGA Garden tour, eco-enzyme making, and a spaghetti-making workshop. Throughout the activities, the children appeared very enthusiastic, and it is hoped that they gained new knowledge and experience related to the environment, herbal plants, and basic food processing skills.

SMA IT Al Fityan Medan, with a total of 61 participants, took part in an educational activity at Socfindo Conservation. The students looked very happy and enthusiastic during the TOGA Tour and while learning how to make kombucha. We hope this activity provides a valuable experience and broadens the students’ knowledge.

Educational Visit of SMAS Budisatrya Medan
SMAS Budisatrya Medan, together with their teachers, enthusiastically participated in an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation. During the activity, they were taken around to learn about various TOGA (medicinal plants) and also received training on making healthy noodles. Through this visit, the students gained hands-on learning experience and enhanced their knowledge on the utilization of herbal plants as well as the importance of protecting the environment.

Educational Visit of MTs Negeri 3 Medan
MTs Negeri 3 Medan, together with teachers and students, enthusiastically carried out an educational visit to Socfindo Conservation. The activity aimed to conduct research on several rare plants as part of their preparation for the National Science Olympiad. Through this visit, the students gained hands-on experience while broadening their knowledge in science and conservation.

Educational Trip of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Aek Kanopan to Socfindo Conservation
SD Muhammadiyah 1 Aek Kanopan visited Socfindo Conservation for an educational trip with 46 students. During the visit, the students not only learned about different kinds of plants and the importance of caring for the environment but also joined fun workshops on making eco enzyme, moringa latte, and rainbow ice cream. This activity gave the students a new and enjoyable experience while encouraging them to love nature and start practicing healthy, eco-friendly habits from an early age.
